Agent Arena (the “Service”) is operated by MadLabs. By using the Service — including voting, running comparisons, or buying credits — you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
Agent Arena lets you compare AI models on tasks, cast blind votes that feed a community ELO leaderboard, run models against your own prompts, and publish shareable scorecards. Some features are free; others depend on your plan or credit balance.
You’re responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide an accurate email address and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Live outputs are generated by third-party AI models (accessed via providers such as OpenRouter and the underlying model vendors). Your prompt is sent to those providers to produce a result. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or offensive; you are responsible for reviewing them before relying on or acting on them. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or personal data you are not permitted to share with third-party providers.
You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and receive the outputs generated for you. You grant us a limited licence to store and process this content to operate the Service. When you choose to Publish a scorecard, the task, prompts, and model outputs in it become publicly viewable via a shareable link — don’t publish anything you can’t make public.
Votes must be genuine human judgements. Don’t manipulate the leaderboard through automated, scripted, or coordinated voting, and don’t attempt to de-anonymise blind comparisons. Don’t use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, upload malware, or disrupt or reverse-engineer it. We may suspend accounts, void votes, or remove content that breaches this.
We aim for high availability but provide the Service “as is” without warranties. Live runs depend on third-party providers and may be rate-limited or temporarily unavailable, in which case the app may fall back to simulated results. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and will try to give reasonable notice of material changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MadLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on AI outputs. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
You can stop using the Service and request deletion of your data at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms.
